Saturday I hang around with my girl friend at home for whole day long. We discuss about life and my work. Then moment I share with my girl friend the situation I having in company, she directly said this may due to my attitude. Not that I have bad attitude on my work but what I miss out is PATIENT.

For this I also notice it, few of my colleague also advice my when I found out something I need to be becareful so that my report of FA wouldn't have mistake. There also told me that need to thing out of the box. This is the 1st change I need to make in order to adopt in current working environment.

Today when I woke up I told myself that I need to change from in to out. I will try my best to my changes on patient. I must have the brave + accuracy.

Beside that these few day also help me to thing about my goal. I need to learn not just only an engineer style but also a business man style. I need to let myself to think like a business man in my company by helping company to earn much. Do I sound stupid cause helping other to earn while I taking the same amount. I don't think so! Everything comes with experience, I must gather and understand what does a business man think in order to achieve Sucess and profit.

After a long break since friday till now finally tomorrow back to work. I was excited and abit worry because tomorrow I need to duplicate failure on bench without let down my supervisor and myself. But I wondering can I do so? I need to stand out of the box to think in order to get things done! so wish me luck tomorrow.

Finally just got my gold credit card at Thursday after waited for so long.. 1st time I sweep this card at my birthday, The time I sweep my card I felt that so amaze which one single plastic card can hold so much credit on it. But in the mean time I still keep in my mind that this is credit card which need to pay back. 

When the moment I came home, I record down each transaction I sweep my card. I must keep in my mind to manage my money. But still exits of credit card really benefit me in this moment.

Remember last time I post in this blog that how happy was I when I get my Internet at home, but seem like this internet issue had cause arguement between housemate. The only thing I can't understand is Why in this world people can always forgot what he had been told earlier and act by driven by his/her anger.

The issue is like this. These few day I found out slow connection on my internet connection. Then I call my service provider regarding this issue. After the phone call I told this news to my housemate(may be at that time he just awake without notice what I had said).

But for some reason at aroun 12am++ my housemate unplug my gf cable and claim that my gf is streaming. But in real fact is me and my gf didn't use internet at all. We didn't torrent or stream at all. The one reason I can think off is my housemate want to play maple with his gf and suddenly very lag.. that y get piss off.

But I also got few question i really don't understand which is why he don't want to reset the modem or talk to us not for stream or torrent. It is bad manner that unplug people cable without letting people know what happen. If I was on my dream land is fine...but the case is NOT!  Why my housemate didn't think off isn't it because of my complaint, they(AMAX) looking into our line now. I really can't get it.

That why I always say think before act. REMEMBER! IMPORTANT!

The story began like this--> Yesterday when we all in Staff Meeting, my colleague Siew mention to whole team I did 8 FA last week by own. At that time most people in that meeting room were like stun for awhile. (I being thinking isn't it this issue bring up by SIEW does help me to get my confirmation)

 Today I didn't go for lunch as I need Finish/Fix up the EVAL I mess up in early morning. Suddenly my supervisor Tham ask me to spare 10-15 minute for him. When I reach his place, he told me that yesterday he discussed with my senior manager CE ask agree to confirm me earlier than usual.

At that moment I was like shock and happy because I didn't expected myself able to achieve an outstanding position in My TEAM. And the reason I was happy mainly due to period of confirmation which usually taken 6 month while I get confirm only 3 and a half month.

However I still don't know what is the benefit after being confirm. Will it be an increament for me? or any extra benefit for me? I think still a question mark in my mind for now on.

Today my lab clerk Mani ask me whether interested to make my own business card, my colleague Heng shock and ask isn't it should wait until confirm and at mean time I also shock with what Mani said. However Mani say not important with the confirmation as long as working at here it should be able to apply for business card.

At that moment I had mix feeling with excited and disappointed. The reason why I excited is--> finally I got my own name card and able to give to some of my friend if needed. And the only reason I was disappointed is the way Mani said seem like I going to have worthless business card.

When woke up today, i just felt that very lazy to work. I hang around with my PC while waiting the time pass. Finally, I make up my mind to go for work as I need to solve some unsolve issue. When I choosing my attire today, FORMAL word came across my mind and I end up by wearing formal.

In company many of my colleague asked me why I dress so smart today? does it something happen or I go for other company interview. I was like zZzzz..What wrong wearing formal to an engineer firm. End up I don't even care how they think.

I able to figure some FA and work on it. But when around 2pm++ I finish my work, I just sat at my workplace and dream for awhile. Suddenly some idea regarding previous failure came across my mind..ding ! I might got something. Hope this time I got it right and make some achievement after I join this company almost 4 month.

Nowaday what is ENGINEER??

For mine case, I graduate as Electronic Engineer with limited nanotechnology knowledge. I had been working in MNC company for pass 3 month. At 1st all those thing seem very new to me. I try to cimb harder and harder...working OT without claim. concentrate on failure other's say is COMMON and CAN'T be SOLVE. In working environment, it is not for you/me to do and research or study on certain failure. Everytime I try to solve it, something seem to be a barrier i.e knowledge on my work, team which can help and support, accuracy of given information & etc.

But I telling myself in every morning, I must be top of the TEAM. I MUSt get attention from my boss. I must be able to handle all the thing come. I has an long term goal to achieve, I think I need to move x2 than others. And I believe in myself with these positive motivation--> I can do it!

If you ask me want to be an engineer for the rest of my life...my answer will be no...Very simple: engineer in a company especially in malaysia--> cheap labour--> work like hell to help other's to earn. May be I not the guy who wish to won nobel prize or some achieve in engineering Industrial. I must cimb up to finance industrial so that I know how money works.

Wow! time really gone very fast.. When I started this blog during JUNE I expect myslef will update this blog frequently but for some reason stop write it since july. Why this happen to me.

I really wish to spent sometime on it. May be I should try harder and harder to make thing done.

WOW!! living without internet is just like ICE AGE, I can't even check my email from my company or from my computer.

For my company, all those external website already block and I only allow to access intranet among my company. However I also didn't any Internet access until recent moment because I juz move in to this area recently.

But now I back online!! When I move in to new living place Shang Villa Condo, I thought I need to have the T***T service again. Lagging, expensive plus may capped for torrent. Then I found out one service provider using fiber optic technology SENT***FON. Only 60 buck I can get up to 2mbps. But then when I search in the forum regarding this so call 2MBPS I found out the 2mbps only limited to local website. When surf/ download from foreign country totally suck...

The moment I almost give up and surrender to the TM, AMAX advertisement attract my attention. When I search in the forum 95% of the forumer say this service provider is good. Then I decide to go for this service provider and give for a try since the AMAX provide 7 days of trial.

Last Saturday, Amax representative go to my sister place for signal testing. (PS, I also advise my sister use AMAX compare to P1). When performing the speed and signal test, I was like woW! what a speed! Can even constantly get up to 100kb/s++ without timeout. (My sister subscribe for AMAX student package RM60 for 1mbps.) At the same moment, I asked the reprensentative got bring any multi user modem or not coz I wan to subscribe immediately. Finally I got my AMAX account for multiuser for only RM99(packge suppose to be RM139 per month but i subscribe for 2 years then got discount. hehe!)

Before this day had arrived, Andrew was so generous to offer us transport to LCCT. Thank you Andrew! You are the man!

With Andrew driving skill, we arrive at LCCT airport at around 4.45pm. Man this is my flight in my whole life. If you ask me nervous or not, the answer is YES! YES!.... Andrew our boss started to lead us to check in at counter number 3 which in charge of Indonesia flight. After we done with check in procedure, we had decided to go to MCD for our dinner. I like WTF! The price at LCCT MCD is quite expensive compare to outside but they told me is usual. Hahaha! I like a kampong boy just went out to the city.

After dinner, we go into the departure hall for waiting the flight arrives. In the same time, wei theng get out some mask and ask us whether want to wear or not! I think four of us kind of scare, and wear the mask without a single delay.

The flight time should depart at 1900 but there is a slightly delay which cause us 1930 only get on to that flight. The airplane started to fly off at 2000, at the same moment I was so excited.

After we had complete all the procedure in denpasar airport, we directly go to the taxi center to buy ticket to our hotel(RAMA GARDEN HOTEL). The taxi fare is standard which cost us about 55k Rupiah.

When we reach rama garden hotel I was like ....too tire. We do our check in and immediately looking for some food. We walk around the LEGIAN area at night for food. But unfortunate at night bali is a dead city, we could only found padang food. We decide not to try the padang food and walk further.

When we walk almost a rectangular route and reach just in front of our hotel, we notice that at the opposite of the hotel got one pub. The name for the pub is Posers. We look at the menu like WTF….So CHEAP…. BINTANG beer (local beer) only cost 14k rupiah (around RM4++), almost same price with juice, so 4 of us decide to order beer. The taste of this local beer quite nice and we quite enjoy it.

After our heavy supper, we walk back to our hotel and have a sleep. But this is not the end of today story, I with Andrew sharing a room. Two of us can’t sleep yet and decide go down to M minimart to buy small bottle of bintang beer. We sit at the middle of the swimming pool, drink beer and chit chat.

Life is short and passing by as fast as a bullet train. For every moment I gone through, I started to appreciate what I have and my fellow friend.

Time flowing through without waiting any of us. I really hope I have an ability to freeze the time so that I can spending an infinite time with you my love.

Yesterday, I has an inspiration for start a new blog to record and to share my every moment in my life with my friend through this new blog.

This week is my last week stay in Multimedia University as a student. This is a sign of ending of my university life and started step into the society. I believe that I will definitely miss my fellow friend and coursemate. Thanks for every moment which I gone through with you guys. You guys really ROX. Just keep in touch and I hope that we still can't hang up together although we might separate in different region.
